The Finance and Administration Division is responsible for managing SBH’s finances, providing essential
administrative support to all units, and overseeing asset procurement and replacement. Additionally,
they prioritize maintaining a high level of staff and customer satisfaction, while also ensuring that annual
audit reports are accurately prepared and submitted. The division’s HR and IT functions include
facilitating the recruitment of new or vacant positions, coordinating staff professional development
plans, updating and monitoring the website and database, and providing accurate, up-to-date data for
reporting purposes.

Our Objective

Ensure transparency and accountability in managing finances and resources received by the Hub and timely availability of audited financial reports to donors and stakeholders.
