Who we are
The Small Business Unit (known as Stream 2) comprises a team of three with backgrounds in banking, accounting and teaching. We have all been with SBH (formerly SBEC) for several years and are proud of our record of helping hundreds of small businesses grow and increase their profits.
What we do
We look after clients wanting to make the transition from a sole trader or small family business to a larger more profitable organisation. We do this by providing a structured training program, tailored for small businesses, and follow up with personal mentoring to guide entrepreneurs on their path to growth. A key element to the service is facilitating loans for our clients of between $20,000 and $50,000.
Our objective
Our AIM is to provide the highest standard of support to ensure that every one of our entrepreneurs maximises their potential.
