About us

Samoa Business Hub-SBH, formerly known as “The Small Business Enterprise Center (SBEC) was
established in 1994 under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Government of
Samoa and the New Zealand Government with the NZ Government being the principal co-supporter. Its
mandate is to support the development of small businesses in Samoa through access to finance and
training.

Our Organizational Structure

Samoa Business Hub is governed by a board of trustees and is led by the Chief Executive Officer with 5 divisions in Upolu and the Savaii Division.
